Gotion Power Morocco, acteur majeur dans la fabrication de batteries au Maroc, recrute un(e) Trainer passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre son équipe Ressources Humaines à Kénitra. Ce poste stratégique s’adresse à un professionnel souhaitant contribuer au développement des compétences dans un environnement multiculturel et innovant.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
• Deliver onboarding, technical, safety, and soft skills training programs.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Support the implementation of the company’s annual training plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or corporate training.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing training materials and delivering engaging training sessions.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High level of proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
